What Sets Us Apart
1 / Patient Engagement Expertise
Working with patients and caregivers is fundamentally different from working with healthcare professionals. Patient and caregiver advisors recount personal, compelling and sometimes heartbreaking experiences. Healthcare professionals share practice patterns and treatment algorithms. Building trust is a prerequisite to effective patient engagement. We recognize the privilege of being invited to listen. We do so with kindness, curiosity and humility.
2 / Ecosystem Savvy
We know the players, and we know the rules. We follow the updates and activities of patient advocates, social media influencers, and other companies in your space. We respect compliance boundaries while identifying opportunities for new collaborations.
3 /Company-Wide Vision
We appreciate the diverse inputs that go into a successful development program and commercial launch. We understand the needs of the different functional areas, from regulatory and clinical operations, to marketing and market access, to new product planning and corporate communications (to name a few!). When we listen to patients, we glean insights with cross-cutting implications. When we report back, we ensure these findings get to the right stakeholders. Goodbye silos. So long PowerPoint decks sitting unopened in emails. Hello actionable ideas!
4 /Small Team, Big Thinking
No cast of thousands on status calls. No plug and play project execution. We bring seasoned, creative industry professionals with extensive experience in rare disease, oncology, and innovative biotech. You work with the team you hire. We embrace the partnership and serve up ideas that help you shine.
Client and Advisor Feedback
About Us
Ask10 was founded by Stefanie Solomon. Stefanie brings over twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. An attorney by training, Stefanie began her career advising clients on FDA regulatory and healthcare compliance matters. Through her decade plus in Boston-area biopharma companies, Stefanie attained a reputation as a valued strategic partner. She was particularly driven to identify new opportunities to compliantly engage with the company's most important stakeholders - the patients.
Stefanie's passion for this work led her to join The Px Group in 2017 as Vice President of Patient Strategy and Insights. At The Px Group, Stefanie discovered her natural aptitude for facilitating patient advisory panels. Stefanie readily transforms patient feedback and experience into actionable recommendations that move business forward.
Stefanie believes that smart companies regularly seek feedback from patients and patient advocates to inform their work. She encourages her clients to engage mindfully, with empathy and with purpose. With the myriad hurdles on the road to drug development, "It is better to ask ten times than go astray once." Done right, incorporating patient feedback doesn't slow things down or cause delay. It enables companies' work to be targeted and thoughtful, producing meaningful results. An effective and efficient approach is critical when patients are waiting.
